A professional nutritionist leads our Healthy Eating class in collaboration with Truce Nutrition!
In this class, your team will learn how to build a balanced plate, easy and quick meal and snack ideas for busy days, and three hearty and healthy recipe ideas. This class is inclusive and judgment-free; without food shame, we can focus on what foods we love and best fuel our bodies and minds.
